Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition. Approved returns may qualify for a refund of the purchase price (exclusions apply).

Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee. To request a cancellation, please email Sales@launchmonitorpros.com as soon as possible.
If an order has already left the warehouse, the customer is responsible for:

Orders canceled after shipment will be treated as standard 30-day returns and are subject to applicable return shipping and restocking fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Certain products, including custom and made-to-order items, may incur a 25% restocking fee if production has begun and the order is canceled prior to shipment.
Custom and made-to-order products are produced specifically for each customer and cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins. All sales for custom and made-to-order items are final.
