Exchanges & Returns

Launch Monitor Pros allows product exchanges within 30 days of delivery (exclusions apply). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.

Because we source products directly from manufacturers, some items may not be eligible for return once shipped. If a manufacturer does not permit returns on a specific product, we are unable to offer a refund. Return eligibility varies by brand and product, so we strongly encourage reviewing individual product pages or contacting us directly for clarification before purchasing.

Due to rising freight and LTL shipping costs, all outright returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, in addition to return shipping costs. If you are exchanging your item for a different product, Launch Monitor Pros may be able to assist with some of these costs depending on the product.


Important Terms & Customer Acknowledgment

By placing an order with Launch Monitor Pros, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • You agree to inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery and document any visible damage with notes and photos. Any damage must be reported to Launch Monitor Pros within 24 hours of delivery.

  • You understand that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any new shipping charges associated with refunds or exchanges.

  • You acknowledge that all returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition. Additional restocking fees may apply.

  • You understand that once an order has left the warehouse, a full refund is no longer guaranteed.

  • You acknowledge that orders must be canceled within 24 hours of placement to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee.

  • If you return an order after it has shipped, you are responsible for all return shipping costs and applicable restocking fees, which typically average 20%, depending on the product.

  • Select products—including custom, made-to-order, or special-order items—may incur a 25% restocking fee if production has begun and the order is canceled before shipment.

  • You acknowledge that shipping estimates listed on product pages are estimates only and may change due to factors outside of our control.

  • You agree not to cancel orders or initiate chargebacks due to shipping delays caused by manufacturing, freight, or logistical issues beyond the control of Launch Monitor Pros.


Damaged Items

Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If damage is observed, it must be noted at delivery when signing and documented with photos.

If your item arrives damaged, email Sales@launchmonitorpros.com within 24 hours of delivery, including photos of:

  • The damaged product

  • The shipping box

  • Any visible packaging damage

  • A brief description of the issue

Launch Monitor Pros will file an insurance claim on your behalf. Claims submitted after 24 hours may be denied. We guarantee that you will receive a fully functional product at no additional cost to you.


Warranty Information

Manufacturer warranties vary by product and brand. Please refer to individual product pages for specific warranty details.

Warranty coverage applies to defects that occur over time and through normal use. Damage present at delivery but not reported within 30 days does not qualify as a warranty claim.


Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any reconsignment fees caused by customer error.


Products Not Eligible for Return

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once shipped:

  • Custom Orders: All made-to-order, custom request, and personalized products

  • TrackMan Products: All TrackMan sales are final

  • Manufacturer-restricted items where returns are not permitted


Order Cancellations

Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee.

To cancel an order, please email Sales@launchmonitorpros.com immediately. If an order has already left the warehouse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the processing fee.

If an order is canceled after shipment, it will be treated as a standard 30-day return and will be subject to all applicable shipping and restocking fees.


Price Matching & Adjustments

If an item goes on sale more than 24 hours after your purchase, Launch Monitor Pros cannot offer a price match or price adjustment.

If your purchase is still within the 30-day return window (or the manufacturer’s return window), you may return the item, subject to return shipping and restocking fees, which typically average 20%.

Price match or adjustment requests made within 24 hours of purchase must be submitted to Sales@launchmonitorpros.com.


BOGO (Buy One, Get One) Promotions

For BOGO promotions, both items must be returned to receive a full refund.

If only one item is returned, you will receive either:

  • A replacement item, or

  • Store credit equal to the standalone value of that item

If the order has shipped, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

Our team is here to help. We pride ourselves on fair policies, fast response times, and customer-first resolutions.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact Launch Monitor Pros directly so we can resolve it promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us—especially for issues we can resolve—may be considered fraudulent.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in criminal liability for theft. If you have not received your product or believe there is an issue, we encourage you to contact us so we can make it right.
